About

The most important part of a business is getting sales. Before I joined the team, sales at canihaveabite largely depended on a traditional retail storefront with high volume foot traffic. This changed overnight during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. The business lost all physical access to customers, requiring an immediately robust e-commerce storefront that could sustain the business. Here is the story on how I delivered on that and further increased sales by 26%.
